Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Local Delivery: 1–3 days

• Within Kerala: 2–5 days

• Rest of India: 4–7 days

Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or festivals are not under our control.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A confirmation message

• A tracking link (if applicable)

For local deliveries (without courier), tracking may not be available.

STYLEM is not responsible for:

• Wrong delivery due to incorrect address

• Delays caused by incomplete phone numbers or landmarks

Please double-check your details before placing the order.

If the package arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos/videos immediately

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

We will help with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

If the courier is unable to reach you:

• They will try 2–3 times

• After that, the order may be returned to us

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
